How can I start a SOA chapter in Belgium???

Look bro.. I love the show too but I'm going to tell something and it's 100% NON fiction and a fact, I know a lot of real.. REAL bikers.. We have one of the top 2 most notorious biker clubs in the world where I live in South Philly (u can google them and read if you don't believe me) those bikers take colors/patches VERY VERY seriously and if there are any REAL 1% bikers ( 1% means outlaw if you didn't know) out there where you're from they will seriously hurt you if they see you trying to charter a club from a fictional show. The name of the biker club out here I was referring to are called the Pagans, our charter is the South Philly charter, . Google it.. It should change your mind and let you see what these guys are really about
