Lulu De Morcerf (ルル・ド・モルセール, Ruru Do Morusēru), full name Lulu de Morcerf Yamamoto is an anime original character in Shugo Chara!! Doki with Peach-Pit contributing the idea (as stated in Nakayoshi).
