His foster father walked into the room reading a newspaper. He looked up and heard Shadow's attempts to bust his way through the wall. He knocked on the wall. "Shadow? What is going on?" he demanded. "IT'S THAT DEVIL WOMAN'S FAULT! TODAY IS SATURDAY AND THERE SHE IS TRYING TO WAKE ME UP BEFORE THE BUS COMES!" he yelled, knowing she could hear him. "Shadow, you are getting too old for this nonsense! Stop making up escuses and come out of there right now!" he demanded. "YOU THINK I'M MAKING THIS UP!?!?!" Shadow yelled. "Don't worry, Mr. I got this," Shadow's friend, Tara said as she chaos controlled straight into the conversation. "Tara, tell him! I'm not making this up! That devil of a woman is driving me insane!" Shadow yelled, banging on the wall some more. "Just hang on, Shadow. I got this," she said as she went transparent, grabbed Shadow's arm and yanked him out of the wall. "AAHhhggg. Thanks," Shadow said, looking at his foster father menacingly and pulling Tara away by her arm. "We're gonna be late," he grumbled as he slammed the door roughly behind him.
