It really all depends on the girl. For some it doesn't hurt at all and others it hurts like hell. There is a number of things that factor into it, if your completely comfortable is one. If your really tense it makes it hurt worse because your closed off so to speak. They best way is to be completely relaxed and make him go slow. That would be the best way to make it not painful, or at least keep it to a minimum.

there are lots of aspects that can affect the pain levels, some girl have lower pain thresholds, some havent broken their hymen in other activities (such as bike riding), lubricants help , so does being relaxed...for my first tie it didnt hurt at all, i was totally relaxed and ready, however times after have hurt
