Luckily, law enforcement got him back behind bars because of psychological issues (it's called a 5150 psychiatric hold officially).

Selena Gomez has this crazy stalker who won't go away. But thankfully he's behind bars once again.

Earlier in the week he was freed from jail because a judge decided he wasn't dangerous enough. But he'd previously threatened to kill Selena, and she already had a restraining order against him. Sounds pretty dangerous to me...

Luckily, law enforcement got him back behind bars because of psychological issues (it's called a 5150 psychiatric hold officially). He'll be evalauted, and everyone is hoping they'll send him far away from Selena.

Phew! We're glad to know he's not going to be around her anytime soon. Poor Selena, it's definitely been a stressful month for her!

With a simple message on Facebook Selena ended the suspense. We now know that her new CD will be called Otherside!!

Selena also put up this lovely photo in her Facebook, but she didn't say anything about how it was related to the CD. Could this be the cover photo?

Sel is letting on more and more about her new CD. She talked about the new album in an interview with Terra. She said that the album will have a few songs in Spanish and that eventually she plans to make one whole CD in Spanish.

Selena also said that her favorite song apart from "Who Says" is "My Dilemma", which is a song that is pop rock with some techno.

Selena told Terra how she met Christina Grimmie, the singer from Youtube who will do the tour with her. Sel's parents saw a video by Christina and called her up! From there on out Sel and Christina became friends and then Sel asked her to come on tour with her as the opener to show off her talent. Nice!

The Who Says hitmaker wore a bindi, a forehead decoration traditionally used by women in South Asia for religious purposes, and danced seductively like a Bollywood star while singing her new tune Come & Get It - but some viewers were less than thrilled by her sultry act and took to Twitter.com to voice their outrage, prompting the term Cultural Appropriation to become a trending topic on the social networking site.

In a post, one fan wrote, "The bindi is not just some fashion accessory you can throw on," while another added, "Selena Gomez, take that bindi of (sic) your head, cultural appropriation is not cute."
