It is hard to bill these shows from 1 to 50 as they are different genres in television. e.g sit-com comedy doesn't belong in the same category as drama and so forth. I would re-phrase the statement to 50 best comedy sit-coms of all time. 50 best television show drama's and etc. You would see a more accurate consensus of fan favorites and other sit-coms would re-enter this category such as I Love Lucy, Taxi, Sanford and Son, Three's company, Third Rock from The Sun, Frasier etc. However Seinfeld would be my ultimate choice for top spot in this category as the writing, characters and cast on screen chemistry was light years ahead of the competition.
