I see him beat up a lot of stuff in the episode " The Winner " when Mordecai and Rigby give him a fake Lottery Ticket. Mostly people will pick Mordecai because he looks the strongest in that pic. But.. I dont need to be rude and all but, Mordecai is kinda weak..
In episode " Meat your Maker " he was only dreaming. That scene that pic of Mordecai with muscles; ( Looks hot XD ) is only impressing Margaret. So.. Mordecai isn't that strong. Muscle Man DOES look weak, but trust me. When he gets really angry, you'll see.

Muscle man can probably only release his true inner strength when he's angry..so I'd have to say Mordecai especially when it comes to punchies :p
