Fat surgery is not safe, especially to 13 year olds.

Don't try to take the fast way out. Eat something healthy and get out of the house once in a while.

Look, I'm not going to argue anymore. I can tell that you want to be left alone. (Also, I suggest you stay away from the internet because that can make you more depressed.)

Stopping eating will only make it worse. You'll lose your muscle, not the fat. If you want to lose weight (which I really don't think you need to) then trying eating fruit and exercising regularly.

Surgery shouldn't even be an option right now.
Try making time for exercise an hour each day, start off with easy stuff then maybe start doing more challenging exersices. Fruits and veggies for snacks always! >.<
I too am trying to lose a bit of belly fat and one of the things i have changed in my diet is switching out chocolate and potato chip snacks for apples and peanut butter or sometimes i just eat like a bowl of strawberries o.o
Also stay away from soda ~
Thats all I got for now, hope it helped and good luck <3

Exercise is about 10%-20% of what helps weight loss.
The other 80%-90% is what you eat.
I suggest limiting your calories to less than 2000 a day since it sounds like you might have a slow metabolism. COUNT CALORIES. Also, if you eat more calories than you wanted to that day, or thought you had to much fat in your diet, a 1 mile run = about 100 calories burned. If you can't run a mile, aerobics also is a good calorie/fat burner. You can also do fartlicks (I know funny word) where you jog 100 meters walk 100 meters type thing.
Also, don't attempt extreme dieting to much under 1000 calories, I've heard those horror stories. Fainting, weakness, fatigue, and in cases where attempted with drugs irreversible damage and death.
Being overly thin IS NOT better than being overweight EVEN if it looks better. Your immune system is weakened and your body may bruise or get cold easier. Soreness and weakness is also a side effect for some people.
Being comfortable right now is key, there's a good chance you may have a growth spurt also in your future, a growth spurt would average out your weight a lot too!

13 is a ridiculous age to even be thinking of those things...it's sad really.

Firstly, you're young, you have the advantage of having a faster metabolism than those 10+ years older than you and in the same boat.

NO to surgery. You do realise that if you don't correct eating/exercise habits that you will gain the weight back after surgery.

Do it the natural way. Eat 5 SMALL meals a day. At least 30min exercise a day. And if you feel hungry, just drink water and chew gum. It helps :P

If you feel hungry, you eat. Don't try to decieve your mind by drinking water and chewing gum, you are still hungry, and your body is need of nuitriants.

Healthy foods, colorful variety of foods

Go walk for an hour around your local park every day.

It doesn't matter if you are skinny per say, but it is important to be healthy.

Give it two years and you'll be in tip top shape.

As the bee from cheerios says, bee happy, bee healthy! lol

If you are doing this for body image, please don't. Health is important, but body image isn't. Love yourself okay?

When I say colorful, i mean have a lot of different colors on your plate. Not just brown/tan colors on your plate, have purple, red, green, brown, and orange on your plate!

If you are 13 and considering fat removal surgery... That kind of surgery is just unhealthy at your age. I wouldn't do it no matter what.

Seriously, you don't need to worry. You're thirteen! Focus on school and friendship, not your body image. If you want to be more healthy, try switching chocolate for fruit and having a more varied diet - fish, pulses, vegetables - and gentle exercise. Maybe go swimming or have a bike ride? You're too young to worry, and honestly it might just be puppy fat, which is something you grow out of. Have you had a growth spurt recently? People generally put on weight before growing taller.

What type of food do you eat? You should try to eat a variety of food, but done completely cut out the sweet stuff. You need a balance. And if you can't swim or ride a bike, how about joining a sports team at school or going for a run?

You don't need to be athletic to exercise. What about dancing? Or joining a gymnastics club?
