here's the recipe of the cupcake

What we need:
cupcake (chocolate)
icing (white) or (blue)
Mentos
shredded coconut
blue food coloring
Fondant (black)
chocochip cookies :D
how to make:
First you need you food coloring and and your shredded coconut. You are going to but the shredded coconut in a bowl.Then you get food coloring and you put 5-10 drops of blue in your bowl.Now mix with you hands! Put icing on your chocolate cupcake. Dip it into the bowl. Now you have the skin color! Get your mentos and and put it on the cookie. You want the mentos to be the the eyes. Now you get your fondant and roll tiny balls and put it on you eyes . GOGGLY EYES! Break a cookie in half and shove it in the cupcake AT THE BOTTOM. Now you have a cookie monster cupcake!
