There are a ton of reasons why I love her. I'll just shorten it down to twenty-five. By the time you've read the whole thing, you'll probably understand that she's my favorite.

25. Duh, she's rainbow-colored. When you start liking MLP: FiM, you kinda have to like rainbows.

24. She's a pegasus; A.K.A. My favorite type of pony.

23. She's a tomboy, pretty much the only one of the group besides Applejack, and I really respect that about her.

22. She stood up to those colts when they were teasing Fluttershy. Needs no explanation.

21. Three words: SONIC FREAKING RAINBOOM.

20. Um... 20% cooler, anyone?

19. She's really fast and tough. She doesn't let anything get her down--except the possibility of losing or not flying.

18. She's the Element of Loyalty. She was there for her friends even in temptation.

17. She's witty. Nothing more that I enjoy than a good dash ( x]) of cleverness.

16. Even with her tomboy-esque self, she didn't mind wearing a dress to the Grand Galloping Gala.

15. She pursued her dream of becoming a Wonderbolt. She hasn't given up. (Not that I think she ever will...)

14. Awesome GGG song.

13. She provided all of the Mane 6 with cutie marks. Um, epic.

12. She lives in a cloud. This.

11. She can clear this sky in ten seconds flat.

10. Her awesomeness beat Rarity's beauty by a landslide. *claps*

9. She'd never leave Ponyville hangin'.

8. Her Sonic Rainboom made Fluttershy cheer... loudly.

7. She couldn't ever be replaced by a bunch of turnips.

6. Oh, she knows they have bigger problems than making sure their hair bows match their horseshoes.

5. She's the Iron Pony!

4. She has purple eyes. ^.^

3. Even as a filly she could fly. Come on, Scootaloo.

2. She can corral cotton candy clouds.

And the number one reason I love Rainbow Dash?

1. She's exactly. Like. Me. :D

Fans of My Little Pony might have expected the biggest uproar about the new Netflix film, My Little Pony: A New Generation, to come from angry "bronies" (a group of devotees of Friendship is Magic, aka Generation Four ) who were resistant to the idea of new characters or animation style. Instead, a Fox News article titled "'My Little Pony' has gone woke: New Netflix movie introduces progressive creatures" sparked discussions about the franchise's potential political messages. What Fox News failed to realize is that the basic themes of acceptance and working together to resist dangerous outside...
