Well, as far as I know it, Rachel's been enemies with Quinn since season 1. I think they're friends now because Quinn is starting to become friends with her since that she wanted to help out Rachel with her original song and she didn't want Rachel to do the nose job. She also slapped her at prom, but she apologized quickly to her and that she's scared of her future after high school. After that, she seems completely fine with Finn dating Rachel instead of her.
