Spencer will be completely different. Spencer getting crazy with Mona..Troian mentioned how Spencer will be devastated after knowing that Toby is in the -A Team.I
Spencer will start to use people, especially Wren.
Aria and Caleb will have a scene together
Emily is the one that will be closer to Spencer after the Toby revelation
In the episode where Aria will be sick (not known if is 3x16) she will interact with Alison, and she will reveal many things. And the last thing Alison will tell Aria will make the public go like “WHAT”, there will be a lot of confusion. (-Sasha Pieterse)

Alison’s background will be shown more. We will know better how she was a “victim” and not a bully.
The third member of the -A Team will have many scenes with Mona, and these are normal interactions but non that “normal” (of course)

we might know another 2 members of the A team in this part of the season (not confirmed)
We will know Toby’s main reason for joining the A team and it has to do with Alison
we will know more about Toby’s mum (which is dead)
The new Alison’s scenes are “creepy”
