Well it is possible your phone is broken, but if your 100% sure it's not, and if this only occurs at night or when you feel watched, then it can definitely be Peter! His magical energy is overpowering, so he can mess with electronic devices.

my phone is new so it definitely isn't broken and it only happened last night. I was listening yesterday and today and nothing happened but last night it was acting really weird
