Does Peter Pan come to apartments?

I'm just wondering, because I haven't really seen anyone else ask this question. I believe in him so much (and Tinkerbell) so I really want to know. I don't see why he wouldn't though if there's someone there who believes in him. I also have another question. I'm not allowed to leave the window open. If he does come, will he knock on the window or give me a sign? Thank you :)
