Wait wait wait!

He is a magical boy, who can do extraordinary, unimaginable things. I believe he has a more senses than us. (similar to our 5 senses, but much more). This would explain how we would be able to sense danger from afar. He is able to watch every on of us, but of course not constantly. I sometimes have feelings that maybe he sends fairies to watch us, and report back to him. I'm not sure if he takes only one person a night, because you will never remember exactly how long you were in Neverland, and the time might flow differently there. So you might be there for hours, and only minutes might pass by here. Hope this helped :)
