Peter will hold your hand and take you with him, or if your like me and own Pixie powder, you don't have to fly holding his hand, or even with Peter, but you do need someone with you in order to use it and go.

You fly there using Pixie Dust. You can either be brought by Peter or a Lost Boy, but you're more likely to be brought by Peter
