Will Peter come??

Okay, I believe in Peter Pan, just as most of you who I know on fanpop do. I was wondering, have any of you seen him recently? I would love to hear your stories! And I have a question, I live in a very cold country, it isn't snowing much, but it's snow on the ground and it's very cold. I am worried that Peter may not come because it's -19 degrees sometimes. Is it too cold for Peter to come? And I can't sleep with my window open. Peter wouldn't be able to open my window because you can't open my window from the outside. What can I do? Must I sleep with my window open or can't Peter come? Is it too cold for him to come?
