sigh....BIGIST DISAPPOINTMENT OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(for people that did not read the books and liked the movie i hope for your sake that it was because it was entertaining not because it was good)

let me tell you how it all happened.i was on my way to the movies to see it and just as i was puling up into the parking lot i finished the last book.i walk inside and was telling myself that this was going to be the best movie ever....I WAS WRONG!!!!!!!!i sat down and watched it and when it was over i was so depressed that i tried to convince myself that it was a preview and the movie did not start yet but that did not work.

first i will look at this from the eyes of a person that did not read the books.i new it would be nothing like the books but it could still be good but i think i lost all hope of it being a good movie when the new famous line came witch was and i quote "THIS IS A PEN!!!THIS IS A PEN!!!"well that made we want to go up to the directer slap him and say "THIS IS A BAD MOVIE!!!THIS IS A BAD MOVIE!!!" and then slap him once more!

now from the eyes of a person that read the books first.ok get the books take out most of the people take out the main plot crap on it and then you pretty much have the movie.i mean what the hell!!!it would be like taking Voldamort out of harry Poter! you just do not do it!for thos of you Percy book readers kronos is NOT in it.the people are like 16 so the prophesy is out the window! and in fact i will make a list of all the things bad with it on a different post.

so ya when it gets to bad and disappointing movies this is up at the top with star wars the phantom menace.

well i give this movie a NEGATIVE 99999 out of 10

RoHeHa_6264995 I totally agree with you! and i can't get it how some people still can LIKE it!?! People say that "This is a pen" thing is cute but i think IT MAKES PERCY LOOK STUPID! CURSE THE DIRECTOR!!!

HecateA I agree, I was disapointed. The perles? NOO!!!!! Percy gets them as a gift. No prophecy, no Thalia? COMON! Percy's known as "son of Poseidon" the moemnt he walks into camp. What's up with Grover being all expressive? There is no infirmary! Clarrise? Common, you can ttake out Clarrise! Dionysos even less. Luke's gaming system? Where was he anywyas, not the Hermes cabin anyways! Annabeth tries to kill Percy? I will stop right there, that last one said it all. But the actors were... Good.

i_love_dragons why were y'all disappointed? Were you really that Ni eve to think it was going to be good. Books into movies are never good. Except maybe harry potter, but it's going downhill now. Anyways stop stating the obvious!

bernzzbabzz HOW ARE THEY GOING TO MAKE A SECOND MOVIE(which they are)IF THEY DIDNT INTRODUCE CLARISSE OR THAILAS TREE! grrrrrrr that movie made me so angry! oh, and by the last movie annabeths going to be 30, THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO 12 AND 16 BY THE END. i was excited to see the movie. i actually didnt see it in theatre i bought it. the first scene i was like WTF is this? i wish they could just create the movie all over again. i was reading actual reviews of the move and i read that if fans who read the book dont like the second movie, their budgets are going to be cut. so im hoping they improve with the second movie. glad i got THAT off my chest! PCEEE!(:

Corgilover183 I laughed so hard at the THIS IS A PEN and THIS IS A BAD MOVIE! Thing, hilarious. I totally agree with you and Amen to the Voldemort comment. So true. SO FREAKEN TRUE! We should all start a riot and rampage the director's house or something. I don't even see how they will be able to make a second movie. They will NOT have an audience for The Sea of Monsters. And if they do, it's because the people who actually read the book want to see how much they screwed up again and the people who are stupid enough not to read the books attend it.

i had been bateling all day.i had broken my leg.i woke up in the camp hospital.there was a girl exactly my age standing over me.my heart beat faster.she was beutiful.but i could tell she wasnt a aphrodite girl.(she wasnt wearing make-up)this girl had long poofy dark hair with was in a pony-tail.a warm smile.and weirdest of all,she had purple eyes.yes,her eyes looked like saphires.i had a weird feeling.i reconised this feeling,i was in love.a 9 out of 10 voices in my head told me annabeth would kill me.1 told me im in love.h-hi i.the girl laughed so hard i thought i would faint.finally i noticed...

I ran inside to get Will Solace. He was one of the best healers at the Camp. Will and I had grown up together at camp so we were pretty close. I ran into the infirmary. I scanned the room, looking for Will's shaggy brown hair. I found him, pressing a cool rag on Jake Mason's head. Jake Mason was in the infirmary a lot because he was a son of the fire god Hephaestus, and so he played with fire, a lot. I walked over to the side of Jake's bed.
"Will. Percy, he's here. But the Minotaur-"I said....
