Should I read the heroes of olympus-series?

I just finished reading the Percy Jackson and the olympians-series. It`s one of my favourite book-series :)
Does The Heroes Of Olympus coutinue with the great story, or does it kinda ruin it...?

Of course you should read it!!! Personally I think it continues the great story!!! Now you won't have to read the first five over and over again like ii did... :D
