Do you think Kowalski got bullied in his childhood?

Well he doesn't bring everything up…besides, he's a real nerd. Meaning he isn't cool, I bet Scruffy would beat him up...you wouldn't know her unless you visit the Scruffy and Baxter website. I like posting questions. Kowalski is awesome though, if I get bullied, why wouldn't he?
