What episode does penguin stays in the picture air with?
I don't think it does. But I've been wanting to show that episode to someone.

I don't think it had an episode to air with. Season 1 had 48 episodes, but one was the special "Dr. Blowhole's Revenge". That left 47 episodes to air with eachother, and "The Penguin Stays in the Picure" was the odd one out.

Sometimes an episode doesn't remain paired up with the same episode it originally premiered with. For example, "Snakehead!" and "Zoo Tube" premiered together on January 2, but are no longer paired together when they are aired.
Except when they only show one new episode in a two-episode block, I'm not sure what Nickelodeon's other motivations for not keeping episode pairings consistent may be. As for "The Penguin Stays in the Picture," it's been a while since I've seen it up on TV, so I do not know its present pairing for sure.
