Where can I watch the full 1hr 39mins version of Penelope online?

I have this film on DVD, but it is shorter one I saw online a while ago, I would really like to watch this version again but every website I try is either taken down by the FBI, not there, doesn't work or you have to pay or subscribe to it. If anyone can please tell me a site where I can watch it without any of the above happening, I will be your biggest fan!!!!!!
