A friend I took to Prom disguised as a guy sent a link to this anime when I told her i was looking for something light and funny... I usually go for subtle romance in fantasy/historical settings with action. I must own this manga series! The anime... I bust out laughing almost EVERY episode. Will there be a Season 2? It just seems unfair that some anime like 'Aikatsu!' have 3 seasons, each with over 50 episodes, while Ouran doesn't...

This anime is really eye-opening. Despite being a shoujo, it affects every person who watches it. I love that it has humor, as well as wit and wisdom. The relationship between the twins is a little more than usual, but we still get the chance to understand what it would be like to have a twin. Each character has a distinct personality, which develops throughout the anime. I definitely would recommend this to all those around me! I really wish people would read the Manga!!! There's SO MUCH things left out in the Anime! It's 16 books and it's worth the read! If you only saw the Anime, you don't know who the crap Reiko Kanazuki and what made her so special in the last few books! Hey, I bet a little over half of you don't know who married Mitsukuni! Ouran high! This is one of my favourite animes ever. I just finished the manga series couple of hours ago..
It made me cry for almost one little of tears just before the part where Tamaki and Anne will see each other, but made me laugh afterwards and even squeed..
