Mashable, the go-to Web site for social media news and information is seeking nominations for it’s “Open Web Awards,” recognizing people in various categories of bloggers and social media users. Among the top people nominated in THREE categories is Wilmington’s own Hilarie Burton. She’s nominated in the “Best Actor/Actress to Follow,” “Best Celebrity to Follow,” and “Most Inspiring,” categories.
