IKR And even if Keith and Dan have died it is still not right that they were not there and I didn't see Deb either and they should have put Nanny Carrie and Hey what about Quentin they were part of the show at some point but anyway back 2 the question I think it is because Chad and Hilarie said they didn't want 2 come back again (But I almost had a heart attack when he came back in S9 episode 7)
