okay...i know Paytons stalker dude was strange but when i found out why i actually felt bad...after season 4 do we ever hear about and or see him again?

After season 4 Pyscho Derek/Ian is never seen again and the only time he is mentioned is in a joking way. Peyton now is able to laugh and joke about the situation with Lucas, Brooke, and her real brother.
