When does the Season 8 Boxset become available in the US?

TVShowsOnDVD have just reported to expect a release in December or January as Warner Bros usually release each season like a month before the next season premiere. I live in the UK and the release date is October 3rd & im worried its going to get delayed as there is no artwork or anything yet. Here is the website: link

its been changed now it is released on the 8th november coz i have mine on pre-order, i have since it was first out to pre-order, i think it comes on in the USA in nov or dec.
