Just seemed awfully stereotypical and weird. His motivations were just to engineer wanton destruction. Nothing interesting at all.

Pretty much what flame said, plus to me he just seemed like a shittier version of Arlong. At least the other antagonists on this list have something that makes them stand out from the others.

He's part of the reason why I didn't like the Fishman Island arc. He had literally nothing to offer in the way of character potential. The only thing that I liked about him was the fact that he was basically the culmination and embodiment of the shapeless hatred for humans festering within Fishman Island, but that was done so wrong, it hurt to look at him. Being uninteresting was bad enough, but I carry an unreasonable grudge toward this guy because I know exactly what he could have been but wasn't.

Moria was lame. I absolutely despise his character. That arc was pretty uninteresting, excluding Luffy turning into Nightmare Luffy. I also didn't like Hody. That arc was s**t. The parts I liked of it were seeing the Straw Hats show off their new power properly, which was definitely cooler than Hody and his stupid energy steroids.
