where can i get the best quality one piece videos?

I've seen up to episode 352, and on you tube i see some montages and they are amazingly better in background quality and everything else and i am wondering why didn't i see it like this? like in the pic i uploaded, this isnt what i saw when zoro first appeared, so im confused plz help me?
