okay so i know that everyone has noticed panda man somewhere at sometime in the anime or manga please post any picture you find of him and tell me it you think he's just for laughs or if he will become an actual character, i know he has a 3.333.333 berri on his head, i have One Piece: Unlimited Adventure and i have seen him in four different places!!

Oda-sensei could easily say that he's just some random character... but I think that he has a very important role later in the story
