Theory for the teaser trailer for the second half of the season after the winter finale assuming Cruella is coming?

I know I've been posting a lot of questions on here but I just have a lot to say and ask lol I was thinking of a theory for the promo for the second half of the season if it's true that Cruella is coming to storybrooke. I'm seeing Pongo getting dognapped by Cruella and Archie panicking begging Emma to help find him and we see Pongo imprisoned along with other dogs and animals with fur and Cruella is walking by them with an evil grin hatching her plan to make the ultimate fur coat but this won't be any ordinary fur coat, it will be a magical fur coat that will help her rule and get everything she wants. I for one am really excited and can't wait to see Victoria rock the black and white hair and clothes!
