So is it official that Victoria Smurfit is playing Cruella De Vil or is this just a popular theory?

I'm really hoping she will cause i grew up loving Cruella and would love to see her on the show! I'm thinking if Cruella is coming to storybrooke, then the storyline will focus on Archie and Pongo and how Archie must keep Pongo safe from Cruella and help the other fur animals in storybrooke from harm.
