Once Upon A Time Question

Do you think that this season isn't giving much importance to the original OUAT character????

i really like the frozen arc.... but i think that its concentrating too much on the snow queen plot.... in the past seasons all of the episodes also had some other stuff happening along with the main plot.... and in the other seasons every character played an important part in the plot.... but in this one it's bassically about emma, elsa, anna and the snow queen.... rumple is given importance but the characters that initially made the show what it was like snow, david, regina, henry are just in the background....even hook isn't seen much after 'the apprentice'.....

Yeah, it's not giving them enough attention at all! It's my main problem with this season, that the Frozen arc's taking up too much screentime (and I don't even like it lol).

Yes! I agree!

Yeah it's why it barely feels like the same show right now. They used to run the stories that were added in, now they're letting Frozen run them.

Yes I do and that's why I haven't been as into it. I mean of they aren't focusing on Snow because of Ginny's pregnancy I cans understand. But with Gina, David, and Henry... Those 3 were core characters from season 1, I don't get the neglect.

I don't think Regina gets as much of a lack as the other characters. But I do wish her and Robin would get some more time together on screen. I especially wanna see the whole writer of the book story arch.

Belle out of all of them gets the least amount of screen time. She literally gets 30 seconds in an episode apart from the last one.

Idk I've always seen the mains as Gina, Emma, Snow, Charming, and Rumps. And then there were the secondaries like Belle, Hook, Neal ect.

No they have plenty of screen time. It's just characters like Archie, Granny, Ruby, Whale etc...who haven't had much screen time.

I think that they always make everything more broad and side story's after the winter break because they have more time to film. I f you think about it Frozen just came out. They probably only had a little time to make the beginning of the seasons. I takes a lot to make a show.

I do feel like some of the characters aren't given as much time as needed. I think this whole Frozen story arc is supposed to have a comparison between Emma and Regina with Anna and Elsa. Yeah, that works, but I wish they'd give Regina some more screen time. I don't even see the point of the Knave being there because he has no point. It doesn't help that I despise him though. Anyway, what really bugs me about this season is that by putting Frozen characters in the show, it's making itself look dated. The show was doing so great at making sure they only used timeless Disney and fairy-tale characters instead of modern Disney characters that make it look dated. The season is great but it doesn't grab me as much as the other seasons did, especially the third season.

Well if you ask me, it's in a way a good thing cause as much as i love the main characters and watching their stories, it's also good to concentrate on the guest stars' stories. we already know a lot about the background of the main characters so in my opinion, as a show grows, it needs to concentrate on new characters. It's not like the main characters are just comepletly out of the story. We still see Regina, Rumple and the others but for right now, it's important to focus on Elsa finding Anna and helping Emma defeat the Snow Queen. I'm sure once the Frozen characters have found each other and say their thanks to the main characters and go back to Arendelle, then i'm sure they'll focus more on the main characters. For right now, I'm having a lot of fun watching what i consider a sequel to the Frozen film in a live action, television series sort of way. Anyways like i said, for right now, we need to focus on The Frozen characters and watching the main characters bond with Elsa and helping her.
