Does Georgina Haig have two instagram accounts?

I noticed that Georgina might have two instagram accounts. one is under the name imgeorginahaig and it's on private and it's the one that her twitter posts lead to when she shares her instagram posts on there and the other is georginahaig and it's not on private and it has about 1k followers and a bunch of pictures. i'm so confused on whether she for some reason runs two accounts or one is a fake.
