why did they choose a different actress to play young emma in "snow drifts" when she's seen at the foster home looking sadly at the girl who got adopted?

i mean that was taken 12 years ago which wasnt that much longer before she met Neal and got pregnant with Henry and Morrison played Emma when she met Neal when she was i think around 18 or something.

Well they had to play her younger as a young teen or child. It would like odd if it was JMO.
