Once Upon A Time Question

what kind of powers do you think Glinda and the other good witches have that the evil sorcerers and sorceresses dont and vise versa aside from white smoke and white magic beams?

i mean can good witches conjure fireballs in battle or do entrapment spells or something? i'd really like to know.
