Where did the book come from? I'm sure this question has already been asked, but i can't find it!

I'm assuming Rumple created the book and somehow made sure it wound up in Mary Margaret's hands so she would then pass it onto Henry. Do you think the book was created in Fairytale land or in Storybrooke?
