Are Charming and his twin both named James?

I have heard them both refered to as James, so I am not sure. If Charming is lying about his name, then what is his real name?

appearantly I asked this question just a little too soon. I just read somewhere else that, as CelestialDream said, we dont know Charmings real name. However, they said that we will learn it in season 2.
