Well, since it says "Belle or her Storybrooke counterpart..." I'm guessing that if it is Belle she'll have a seen with Jamie Dornan as the Huntsman. If Belle ends up getting taken captive by the Evil Queen (which I'm guess she does as it would explain how she ends up in the hospital and only Regina knows she's there) she might see him as he's also held captive.
