Yea that's the pic. I looked up what it meant a while ago and it said that Niall went to school (I think) at the LA school for the arts but I'm

The top bit of the 'A' is a 'n'. The vertical bit of the 'L' is an 'I'. Then there is the 'A'. Then the 'L'. And the upside-down 'L' he makes with his thumb and index/forefinger.
