Ichigo once said, "Rukia... thank you... you made the rain stopped...". In Fade to Black movie, Ichigo mentioned Rukia as a "very close friend". For those who think that Ichigo should be with Orihime, it's true that he has saved her countless times, but only because she's his friend. Ichigo treasures his friends dearly. If they're in danger, he would rescue them in a blink of an eye. If you ask me, Chad's pretty close to Ichigo than Orihime is to him. Rukia's the closest to Ichigo.
And lastly, I don't get why this question is in Naruto Shippuden. It should be in Bleach instead. IchiRuki forever ♥
