With everyone getting hooked by the growing love story of Clark and Leah on the Primetime Bida hit series On the Wings of Love, James Reid revealed he and leading lady Nadine Lustre have become a different kind of perfectionist when it comes to their kissing scenes on the show.
The 22-year-old actor revealed they both want to see how they did after each take. “We watch it. We don’t want each kissing scene to be the same,” he shared during the Shine Kapamilya trade launch event held last September 23 at the Marriott Hotel Grand Ballroom in Pasay city.
With each episode of their show one of the top trending topics every night, James said that he is not bothered if viewers of all ages see him and Nadine share kisses onscreen. In one recent episode, JaDine was even tallied at having kissed nine times. The Fil-Australian hunk explained censors should not be worried because their teleserye is definitely wholesome.
"The fact that it’s so light, everyone can just watch it easily,” he added.
James also looked like he is used to explaining why he and Nadine have managed to keep their onscreen chemistry strong despite always being rumored to be more than friends off screen. He hopes JaDine fans will continue to support them with or without a romance.
“In real life, me and Nadine are really just friends. We are friends. We get closer every day but we are still just friends,” he emphasized.
