Gorgeous flowing every-color-striped hair with a kind of tomboyishly choppy, jagged-edged, yet feathery sort of shape! *o* OR Applejack's, though. There's just something so, so awesome about her pretty yet sporty light blonde ponytail. I often wear my hair that way. :}

Fluttershy's is absolutely beautiful, too--all soft and breezy, and cute when it covers part of her face at times. So is Rarity's, which is ribbon-like and elegant.
I also LOVE Twilight's blocky, square-cut fuchsia-streaked violet hair, Pinkie's bouncy, cotton candy-like puffs (see how well their manes suit them?!), & those sparkling, ethereal, wavy Princess manes.

I-a couldn't decide, really.

It takes skill to get your mane to flow like a blue-pink-green-purple river.
