Pinkie Pie is the obvious choice. Pretty much everything she says is silly. She makes me laugh the most often, for she frequently says funny things. But I find Rarity to be the funniest pony, when she's being overly dramatic and such. Oh, and Derpy cracked me up! But she hasn't had much screen time.

Honestly, when I first started watching the show, even though Pinkie Pie made me laugh I thought that eventually she would get annoying or unfunny. But so far that hasn't happened! Nearly everything she says or does makes me laugh or at least smile.

Most of the characters here have had their comical moments, but I think Pinkie Pie is the one that makes me laugh the most.
