My choice is Doctor Hooves/Time Turner, because of two reasons. One: I do not like comformism, and most people will say Big Mac, because he's basically the only returning stallion character, in the show, who has a speaking role every once in a while. Not that I don't like him, but I believe Whooves has more potential, which leads to my second reason: Dr. Whooves/Time Turner is a background pony, which leaves almost everything to one's fantasy and imagination. I really like this headcanon where he's the ponified version of Dr. Who, and goes on adventures with Derpy Hooves.
