JJ: Hey boss, sorry I'm late. My hamster was about to die, and I had to try, and give him some more food.
Victor: Your hamster?
JJ: Yeah, I showed him to you last week, remember?
Victor: Yeah, yeah, get that transmission fixed on the Jetta, and then let's get going. We gotta test out a new car for the Cannonball.
JJ: Cannonball...As in...the Cannonball Run?!
Victor: The one and only. We're gonna need a fast car if we're gonna reach Alicornia before the other contestants, and I think I got the perfect vehicle.
JJ: Do you think we'll be joined by..."Him?"
Victor: Him?! Look I told you to quit screwing around with that crap. Now get the transmission fixed on the Jetta, and let's go!

In another part of Neigh Jersey, near Manehattan.

Pinkie Pie: *Walks into a building with Cheese Sandwich* Wow. They really do take their betting seriously.
Cheese Sandwich: And look. They have all the contestants on the board, and how much money is being bet on them now.
Pinkie Pie: Well whether we win or not doesn't really matter. I just wanna try to beat Rainbow Dash's record.
Cheese Sandwich: Rainbow did this?
Pinkie Pie: Yeah. She, and her Hellcat did the entire run to Alicornia in 25 hours flat.
Cheese Sandwich: Ooh, that'll be fun! *Looks at the board* Hey, look. JJ & Victor. Those two idiots that wrecked me when I was starting my Nascar career in trucks. Hey buddy!
Cash Collector: *Walks to Cheese, and Pinkie* Yes?
Cheese Sandwich: How much money has been placed on JJ & Victor?
Cash Collector: Fifty grand. Thousands of ponies are expecting them to win.
Cheese Sandwich: What about me, and my lovely girlfriend?
Pinkie Pie: *Smiles with her eyes closed*

Cash Collector: Two cents.
Cheese Sandwich: Eh. Ten thousand dollars, and two cents ain't bad.
Cash Collector: Oh it's ten thousand, and two cents. That bet came in a few minutes ago, and it adds up too... *Checks his calculator* a hundred dollars.
Cheese Sandwich: A hundred? You mean to tell me only one pony placed a hundred dollars on us?!
Cash Collector: 'Fraid so pal. Maybe you should have stuck with comedy, instead of racing. *Walks away*
Cheese Sandwich: I can prove that I'm a good multitasker! My Sedan may not be as fast as Rainbow Dash's muscle car, but I bet with that Hemi V8, we can still leave the others behind in the dust!
Pinkie Pie: I'm with you all the way!
Cheese Sandwich: And I'll be very happy to see the look on the faces of those idiots when we beat them.
