Um.. All I know is...

Example:

NameofVideo.m4a

Change it to

NameofVideo.wma

Or

NameofVideo.mp3

If your downloading music the file should be as an mp3, if it doesn't work then try it again.

U can download 'any video converter' frm google....
in my nokia e5 if u rename mp4 to mp3 it will be converted......
um.....use tubidy .mobi to down video as mp3.....
