Obviously some of these movies have just really sad parts, while others the entire movie is downright depressing. Some of these are emotional on different levels, like some more than others but they're all sad. And a few of these movies are so incredibly awful (in the sad way) that I'll never watch them again.

This one is the worst, given the context of the movie. It's exploitation and not an entertaining movie at all. Of the ones that made me actually cry the most - Beaches & The Messenger take that title.

The Dead Girl is also really sad, but wow Eden Lake, going into it you don't expect it to be so shockingly emotional but it is heart wrenching. The Vanishing is also super sad. I love The Butterfly Effect so much though lol I watch it all the time.

TBE is one of those movies that I could watch again & again. It's entertaining yet also depressing. Eden Lake is just....wow.

This whole movie was depressing.It's makes you feel kinda ick when you watch it :/
