I had high expectations for Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children. I didn't have as many Tim Burton vibes as a Tim Burton movie should have but nevertheless it was a-okay.

Just doing these three days all in a row because they're one in the same for me. I only saw John Wick: Chapter 2 a mere 8 hours ago and it's already in my top ten. What an inspiring cinematic masterpiece worthy of all the awards.

Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children was the worst book to screen adaptation ever.

Saw is yet another groundbreaking cinematic masterpiece way ahead of its time.

Fired Up!

Day 05 - Your favorite movie based on a novel
I absolutely adored the book, and I thought the movie did a great job in bringing The Princess Bride to justice.

Day 06 - A movie which disappointed you
I don't think I've ever been more disappointed in any movie than I was with Donnie Darko. So much potential and hype, and not enough delivery.

Day 07 - A movie that always makes you laugh
Very few movies, that no matter how many times I watch them can make me cry from laughing so hard. Murder By Death is one of the few comedies I truly adore, and it's also my favorite movie of all-time.

Day 08 - A movie that always makes you cry
Very (and I mean very) few movies make me actually sob. But The Butterfly Effect is one of them. Many movies can make me shed some artificial tears, but this is more of an ugly leave me alone to die cry.

Day 10 - Your favorite director
M. Night. Well, up until The Happening anyway, haven't seen any of his newer stuff. Him, Creepy Burton & Lensflare Abrams are the only directors whose movies I recognize off the bat.

Day 02 - The last movie you watched

Hellraiser

Grossest movie I remember seeing. Great Valentine's choice ;p

Day 09 - A movie with an awesome cast
Definitely going with all 3 Expendables on this one, which boasts an impressive ensemble that's any action enthusiasts wet dream. Jason Statham, Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Kelsey Grammer, Wesley Snipes, Harrison Ford, Jet Li, etc

I watched the hell out of Candleshoe. And The Rogue Stallion, Bedknobs and Broomsticks, The Mighty Ducks, and The Sound of Music.

Day 10 - Your favorite director
As of now, definitely Wes Craven (RIP poor soul). The genius responsible for one of the greatest horror movies of all-time A Nightmare on Elm Street and all four iconic Scream movies, not to mention my guilty pleasure Cursed.

But with only two movies under his belt, Chad Stahelski has quickly become #2 consider those two movies are 900% better than anything else I've ever seen.

Australia is an epic adventure romance.

Anastasia is one of the greatest movies of all-time.

Mike: Death.
Tony: Life of the party.

Day 13 - A movie that you used to love but now hate
Titanic...don't get me wrong, it's technically a good movie and I like everything in it aside from Jack/Rose (which don't even get me started). If it had been a straight up disaster movie it would have been awesome.

I said that Interview with the Vampire was my favorite movie, which is true. But because I used it already, I'm going with The Fly for today.

There is no ONE, more like literally every line from Murder By Death. And quoting it won't do any good. It's all about delivery and timing so visual aid is best.

John Wick and his guns. That's a thing, right? I've decided that's a thing.

Just used Suicide Squad, so Imma go with 4th Man Out.

Perks of Being a Wallflower

This movie is so good that I had to forgive it for cutting out a favorite scene from the book and not getting one of my favorite quotes from the book right.

Doing these two days in a row because once again, they are one in the same for me. And again it's John Wick: Chapter 2. There is no better movie.

Day 18 - A movie that disappointed you the most
Flicka (2006) is a disgrace to the Flicka name, and I regret ever giving it a chance. I want that six minutes of my life back.

There are a few that disappointed me but I would have to say Soul Survivors. I had such high expectations for that movie. I saw it a couple of years after it came out and had wanted to see it so bad but then I saw it and I regreted it. It was so boring and not creepy at all cause it's supposed to be a horror/thriller movie. I just really hated it.

Well since I already put Donnie Darko the last time this was asked, I'll go with In Bruges this time. Although at least I still liked this movie, it was just the hype that made it out to be excellent when it wasn't.

Nah there isn't one. There's like 6 women total in both John Wick movies and they each have 5 minutes or less of screen time. So I'm gonna go with Eileen Brennan, my favorite actress in my 2nd favorite movie.

Day 21 - A movie you think is overrated
The Exorcist. There are way way way way way better horror movies than this one that many fans claim to be.

Day 22 - A movie you think is underrated
Face/Off. Fight me. Travolta and Cage are incredible.
