From a cinematic standpoint, definitely the Lord Of The Rings trilogy, as well as The Dark Knight but my personal favorite is a French Film, Amelie..

Oh I have more than just a Favorite Film in the Decade. But I really Enjoyed Watching Movies by my favorite Actor Kevin Kline and the Films were The Emperor's Club, De-lovely, and The Tale of Despereaux. I just Can't Decide.
